Issues 4792
SocketIO日志 包括 websockets.protocol, engineio.server, socketio.server， 由LOG_LEVEL_LIBRARIES环境变量处理，其中默认的日志级别为ERROR。
- 当试着调试一个运行在socket上的bot机器人时，发现是很难的，因为日志中记录了大量websocket的内容
