  2. Run the program MMREO001 - Select the material marked for deletion and select the material

  3. Run the program MMREO050 Archive Materials To archive items （ You may need some custom settings ）

  4. Run the program MMREO110 Deletion Program for Archiving Materials Delete item from database .
