EN45545-2 R26垂直燃烧测试介绍

预防火灾,消除灾害,这是人类社会安全的一个永恒主题。随着国内外合成材料在化工、轻工、纺织、建材、电子电器、采矿、汽车、航天和人民生活各个领域的普遍推广和应用,人们对材料的阻燃化要求越来越高。
业内人士多次呼吁,为了降低火灾危害,各行各业在材料使用之前,必须对易燃和可燃材料进行阻燃处理
EN45545-2标准中R26项目的测试方法是EN60695-11-10垂直燃烧测试。下文简要介绍了垂直燃烧的实验原理、样品要求、测试方法和判定要求。
实验原理
将长方形条状试样的一端固定在垂直夹具上,其另一端暴露于规定的试验火焰中。通过测量线性燃烧速率,评价试样的水平燃烧行为;通过测量其余焰和余辉时间、燃烧的范围和燃烧颗粒滴落情况,评价试样的垂直燃烧行为。可适用于固体材料和表观密度不低于250kg/m3的泡沫塑料,不适用于易弯曲的薄试样以及有超过1个遇火不起燃且蜷缩或变形的试样。
样品规格
(125±5)mm×(13.0±0.5)mm×(厚度≤13mm)mm,边缘倒角不超过1.3mm,至少10根。
状态调节
1)至少5个试样放在温度23 ℃±2 ℃、相对湿度50%±5%的条件下至少48h;
2)至少5个试样放在70 ℃±2 ℃空气循环烘箱中调节168h±2h,然后在干燥皿中冷却至少4h。
测试简介
将燃烧器移动到已定位的位置,施焰10s,施焰完后移开燃烧器。一旦有余焰产生,需要计时。若试样不燃烧,立即再施加10s的火焰。一旦有余焰和余辉产生,还是需要计时。
需记录:t1第一次施焰余焰时间,t2:第二次施焰的余焰时间,t3:第二次施焰的余晖时间。
判定标准
单个样品的续燃时间t1或 t2:V0等级≤10s;V1等级≤30s;V2等级≤30s
总的样品的续燃时间 (t1加t2的和,共5个样品) :V0≤50s;V1≤250s;V2≤250s
第二次点火后,单个样品续燃时间加余辉时间 (t2+t3) :V0≤30s;V1≤60s;V2 ≤60s
是否出现任意样品出现续燃或余辉燃烧至样品夹持处:V0/V1/V2:否
是否出现燃烧碎片或滴落物引燃棉垫的现象:V0:否;V1:否;V2:是
