配置Rust编译环境

• $Step1$：确保已完成MinGW-w64的安装；
• $Step2$：下载Rust安装程序rustup-init.exe；
• $Step3$：打开命令窗口输入以下命令：

@REM SET CARGO_HOME=
@REM SET RUSTUP_HOME=
SET RUSTUP_DIST_SERVER=https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/rust-static
SET RUSTUP_UPDATE_ROOT=https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/rust-static/rustup 
rustup-init.exe

• $Step4$：提示缺少Microsoft C++ build tools，回车继续；

If you will be targeting the GNU ABI or otherwise know what you are
doing then it is fine to continue installation without the build
tools, but otherwise, install the C++ build tools before proceeding.

Continue? (Y/n) Y

• $Step5$：自定义安装信息：

1) Proceed with installation (default)
2) Customize installation
3) Cancel installation
>2

• $Step6$：配置default host triple，其它选择直接回车使用默认：

Default host triple?
x86_64-pc-windows-gnu

最终配置如下：

   default host triple: x86_64-pc-windows-gnu
     default toolchain: stable
               profile: default
  modify PATH variable: yes

• $Step7$：继续安装等待安装完成：

1) Proceed with installation (default)
2) Customize installation
3) Cancel installation

• $Step8$：测试安装结果：

rustc -V

rustc ?.??.? (????????? ????-??-??)
