Invalid spacing setting before WPS Title segment solution

Clearly set the pre segment spacing and post segment spacing , However, the pre segment spacing does not take effect , Just like the picture below , How to do ？ The format of the paper is hard to change .

1、 open wps Set up , View the status of a paragraph

top left corner 【 file 】->【 Text preferences 】->【 View 】->【 Format mark 】
Select all parts of the format tag , The first step is completed .

2、 Set paging
