IDEA调试失败，报JDWP No transports initialized, jvmtiError=AGENT_ERROR_TRANSPORT_LOAD(196)

原因：IDEA的jre配置与Project Structure配置不一致，导致了启动不了javaw
解决：打开Run -> Edit Configuration ，修改JRE配置，与jdk设置相同
