2 reflection

This is our first official competition , As far as I'm concerned , I have prepared myself for all kinds of problems .

Reflect on the major issues this time ：

1 Mutual understanding . The writer is worried that the pressure of writing the paper will be great , I've been urging modelers to build models , The modeler thinks that modeling is more important , Where is the thesis so important , The author did not consider the difficulty of modeling . Both of them are very dissatisfied .

2 Communication problems . We chose the online way . As far as I'm concerned , I don't think showing online participation has a big disadvantage , But our communication is not good enough . We send messages whenever we have problems , But I feel very tired of being interrupted later , So I didn't answer or read the news when I was working , Wait until I finish the work at hand . This leads to a lot of messages not being replied in time , And it's easy to miss the news .

3. After several times of manual modeling , Further discussion , Finally, the model is negated . It should be discussed first , The modeler gives the general idea and so on , Let's discuss it together and then do it .

4 . It's our first game , And then objectively inexperienced . There have been several times when three people have no clear idea . also , Modeling should start with problem solving , First look at the topic , Analysis topic , Then determine the model that can solve the problem . It seems that we will consider how to deal with it after building the model .

5 Write a paper . At the beginning, the author did not participate in the modeling process at all , Leading to the end , I also explained the model idea in detail to the author . And the author is an English paper written directly , Cause others （ Including myself ） It is very difficult to check the papers .

6 Division of labor . Some people just deal with their own parts , Other people's parts seldom help , I didn't do anything most of the time .（ But I think , Doing your part well is the most basic . It's great to finish your part beautifully without dragging your feet , Compared to pigeons or water teammates , The teammates are excellent ） As a result, everyone complained to each other for a while , Feel that you work a lot while others do little , But later they still understood each other , Work together to accomplish .
