[AGC] how to solve the problem that the local display of event analysis data is inconsistent with that in AGC panel?

 1、 Problem description

Huawei analysis is connected to the project SDK, When we are from AppGallery Connect The console downloads the relevant data of event analysis , Then with AGC When comparing the order number in the console event analysis panel , It is found that the order number in the locally opened file is inconsistent with that displayed in the panel , I guess there may be a problem with the format of the downloaded file or the wrong way to open the file , For details, please refer to the following pictures ：

The end of the order number in the locally opened file is all converted to 000, But after comparison, it is found that the data on the panel is not actually 000 At the end of the , How to solve the problem ？

 

2、 Problem analysis

Because the data is downloaded directly from the official website console , So in theory, there is no problem with the data itself , Then the biggest possibility must be that there is something wrong with our opening method , Because the downloaded file is .csv File format , So we have reason to suspect that it is used directly excel open csv Format conversion error occurred in format file , By looking for relevant information , We found the following solutions .

Don't open it directly .csv File format , We will follow the following steps step by step .

First ： open Excel, Click self text in the menu bar , Import a text file , As shown in the figure below ：

next ： Set separator , As shown in the figure below ：
