Is virtual DOM really the fastest?

I used to think that operating virtual DOM At the fastest , It's not .

fictitious DOM Not fast ,JS Direct manipulation DOM The fastest .
Front end frames are popular , Data-driven view , There must be a suitable plan ,data Change cannot make all DOM The reconstruction
fictitious DOM The use of diff Algorithm , It's recursive , Can find data Changed DOM, Update the view .
Not because it's fast , But because it is appropriate
