Local Oracle reported ora-12514: tns: the listener cannot recognize the requested service at present

The error is due to Oracle Database network changes , Or other system reasons cause problems in the monitoring and database of automatic restart , It can be solved by restarting monitoring

1. lsnrctl stop
2. lsnrctl start

If it still cannot be solved

It can be solved by using database restart

1. sqlplus / as sysdba
2. shutdown immediate
3. startup
