从learnopengl的文章里，预计算IBL的specular图片是有高光亮斑的，为了解决这个，有大佬提供了解法

我的疑惑是 如果预计算的HDR是携带了太阳的，感觉直接光照就多算了一遍阳光
刚好查看这个文章的时候 发现有提到把太阳从HDR图片里剥离掉，用代码做，心里一下就明朗了
