In circuit design, there are always various power supply symbols, which often confuse people. Today, the editor has compiled more than 20 commonly used power supply symbols to share with you, and quickly collect them.

1.VBB:B can be considered as the base B of the triode, generally referring to the positive pole of the power supply.

2.VCC: C can be considered as the collector of the triode or the circuit circuit, generally referring to the positive pole of the power supply.

3.VDD:D can be considered as the drain of the MOS tube or the device Device, generally referring to the positive pole of the power supply.

4.VEE:E can be considered as the emitter emitter of the triode, generally referring to the negative pole of the power supply.

5.VSS:S can be considered as the source of the MOS tube, generally referring to the negative pole of the power supply.

6.AVCC: (A-Analog), analog VCC, which is available in general analog devices.

7.AVDD: (A-Analog), analog VDD, which is available in general analog devices.

8.DVCC: (D-Digital), digital VCC, generally in digital circuits.

9.DVDD: (D-Digital), digital VDD, generally in digital circuits.

Note: If the circuit or device is not divided into analog and digital, it is VCC and VDD.

10.AGND: Analog GND, corresponding to the negative pole of AVCC or AVDD.

11.DGND: Digital GND, corresponding to the negative pole of DVCC or DVDD.

12.PGND: (P—Power) Power GND, such as DC-DC, there will be a distinction between power ground and signal area.

Note: The above three power symbols are essentially GND, mainly for the needs of PCB routing. There are some single-point grounding or multi-point grounding processing, in order to avoid interference, they are differentiated.

13.VPP: Also known as VPK, voltage peak-to-peak, for sinusoidal signals, it is the peak voltage minus the valley voltage,Maximum minus minimum.

14.Vrms: (rms—root mean squre, with the meaning of square root), Vrms generally refers to thevalid value.

15.VBAT: BAT (abbreviation for BATTERY-battery), generally refers to the battery voltage.

16.VSYS:SYS (SYSTEM—system), generally refers to the system power supply of platform solutions (such as MTK).

17.VCORE: (CORE—core), generally refers to the core voltage of CPU, GPU and other chips.

18.VREF:REF (reference—reference voltage), such as the reference voltage inside the ADC.

19.PVDD: (P—Power), power VDD.

20.CVDD: (CORE—core), core power supply VDD.

21.IOVDD:IO is GPIO, which refers to the VDD that supplies power to GPIO, which will be used in CAMERA, the pull-up power supply for I2C communication.

22.DOVDD: The one used in CAMERA is externally supplied to CAMERA, generally analog power.

23.AFVDD: (Auto Focus VDD—Auto Focus VDD power supply), it will be used in CAMERA to power the motor.

24.VDDQ: Used in DDR, there is a DQ signal in DDR, which can be understood as powering these data signals.

25.VPP: It is used in DDR4, but not in DD3. It is called the activation voltage, the turn-on voltage of the word bit line.

26.VTT: Generally VTT=1/2VDDQ, which is also used in DDR to provide power for some control signals.

27.VCCQ: Generally used in NAND FLASH, such as EMMC, UFS and other memories commonly used in mobile phones, generally supply power to IO.
