直接使用下面代码安装，虽然只有11.5M，但依然很慢，要十来分钟才能安好

pip install 'onnx'

使用清华镜像即可秒安装好：

pip install 'onnx'  -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/
