1： Because the solder mask is black ,PCB When the board enters the mounter , The mounter is not recognized , Need me in PCB bottom White silk screen printing is added on the surface , In order to facilitate the sensor identification of the mounter .

2：AOI When the black of the resistance welding layer is pasted with the color of components and resistors , It's hard to recognize .

The first problem is that the solution of this batch is BOTTOM The surface is covered with white tape .

The second problem is difficult to identify , It consumes more time and energy , But it can also be detected in the end .

Then I talked with the quality engineer about why our company PCB The board should be black , He said that leaders think black is high-end .

Why is black high-end ？

Ordinary controller PCB, It has nothing to do with light reflection , Why is it high-end ？

I can't help asking the supplier , Finally there is the answer , It's expensive , So high end .

Black is not a common solder mask color , You need to pay more when making , Sometimes the delivery will be a few days late .

PCB The solder mask is generally red 、 yellow 、 green 、 blue 、 white 、 Black these colors , If there are no special requirements, please choose green , There are two compelling reasons

1： cheap , It can't be said that it must be cheaper than other colors , But it must not be more expensive than other colors .

2： Delivery time is guaranteed , Green must be the paint that every supplier has in stock .

These two points must be considered in mass supply .

If you have certain requirements for light reflection first, you can give priority to white or black ,

White reflective effect is good , Black light absorption effect is good , You can choose... According to your needs .

Such as customized customer requirements or to reflect personalization , You can choose any of the above colors .

Color never represents PCB The quality of the board , Just choose according to different situations
