First step , View desktop ip Address :
Click on win key :

Input cmd, Click on the command prompt :

Input :ipconfig, And then go back :

The second step , Set the controlled permission of the desktop :
Open Settings , Input , Click on :

The second step , Remotely control the desktop on the laptop :
Click on the notebook , Open remote :

Enter the previously noted ip Address , enter one user name :
