1.犯了个低级的错误，在改完代码后忘记编译，就直接运行Add-Migraion，然后就报错了，一时摸不着头脑，ide也没有错误提示。
2. 尝试重新编译项目，竟然出现了20多个错误，关键是编译前IED竟然都没有提示的。那就解决提示的错误
3. 再重新运行 Add-Migration InitialCreate 就正常了
