32GB Jetson Orin SOM 不能刷机问题排查

1. 前言

拿到了一个新的Orin SOM，

当用orin Devkit CVB或定制的CVB不能用Linux_For_Tegra刷机,

flash日志

(JetPack5.0DP和5.0.1DP都失败了)
