Mean Consistency Tracking of Time-Varying Reference Inputs for Multi-Agent Systems with Communication Delays

Summary: This paper studies the dynamic average consistency tracking problem of multi-agent systems with time-varying reference input under the constraint of communication delay, and proposesdeveloped a scale—integral consistency tracking algorithm.Under the fixed and strongly connected balanced topology, with the help of matrix analysis, the unquantized andSufficient condition for asymptotic convergence to the mean of the reference input during quantization.Finally, by numerical valueSimulation proves the correctness of the theoretical results.
