Add permissions ：

• 1、 Open file path , To /etc/udev/rules.d Next ：
  cd /etc/udev/rules.d
• 2、 After you come here, create a 51-android.rules file ：
  sudo vim 51-android.rules
• 3、 Then add the following configuration to the file ：
  SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ENV{DEVTYPE}=="usb_device", MODE="0666"
• 4、 Save and exit

  sudo chmod a+x 51-android.rules
