用-t 选项, ffmpeg -h 中有

-t duration record or transcode "duration" seconds of audio/video

例如: 将输入文件裁剪前10秒的视频

ffmpeg -i test1.ts -c:v copy -c:a copy -t 10 test_10s.ts
