         Start learning to read files today , Trying to read EXCEL（xlsx） When “UnicodeDecodeError: 'gbk' codec can't decode byte 0xf9 in position 56: illegal multibyte sequence” Error message .

hold EXCEL Format changed to .cvs After format , Can read successfully .

        But here's the thing , You cannot change the suffix directly , You need to save the file as modified .
