5.1、 Precautions for filling in classification information ：

1. The classification name is at most 20 The Chinese characters ;
2. Sorting and sorting 0～999, The larger the number, the higher the ranking ;
3. The classification name cannot be repeated .

5.2、 Precautions for Industry ：

1. Industry refers to the industry to which the store belongs “ Store industry ”;
2. When adding a new category , Called the store industry , Each subordinate store will display the commodity classification according to its industry ;
3. Leave blank and call by default Public sector , The public sector is suitable for all direct and franchised stores （ Categories are displayed to all stores ）;
4. The classification that has been published successfully cannot be edited again .

5.3、 Precautions for online store display ：

1. Online store status , Open indicates that this category can be displayed in the online store of directly operated applets ; Hidden means that this category cannot be displayed in the online store of direct selling applet ;
2. Whether the online store of joined applet displays , Set by the franchise store

5.4、 Precautions for merchants to manage commodity classification

1. The system defaults to one “ Default Category ”, Cannot delete 、 Cannot edit , Can only call
2. Merchant （ headquarters ） The classification of products released will be based on the Store industry , Synchronize to the corresponding direct stores and franchise stores ;
3. Merchants should be careful when editing or deleting categories , So as not to affect the normal use of the store ;
4. The system currently supports at most 3 Class commodity classification .

5.5、 Precautions for store side management of commodity classification

1. Direct stores do not have any authority to manage commodity classification , View only / call ;
2. Franchised stores can only be opened / Hide the permission of commodity classification displayed in online stores ;
3. If subordinate stores need to add new categories , Please contact the merchant administrator .

5.6、 Precautions for deleting commodity classification

1. Classifications with subordinate sub classifications cannot be deleted ;
2. Categories that have been occupied by any goods cannot be deleted ;
3. Commodity classification can only be deleted by merchants , Categories that can be deleted will prompt “ Delete successful ”.
