Download vagrant box file locally from Atlas and configuring it

problem ：

I want to download a vagrant box file from Atlas for using it later locally with my vagrant file. I want to go from Atlas Download a vagrant box file , So that later in my vagrant Use it locally in the file .How can I do this, and how can I configure it? What should I do , How should I configure it ？
