Ora-12514 problem solving method

Use plsql Log in to the database , Prompt error ORA-12514;
View service , It is found that the listening service is not started ;

Manual restart , After refresh , The service is flashback , Basically, it can be determined that there is a problem with the listening file ; Find the listening file , Generally in C:…\Oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN
Under the path （ Find it according to your installation path ）;

Delete listener.ora file , open oracle Listener configuration tool ;

Select listener configuration ;

Then go on to the next step , Until the end ;
Restart the listening service , Connect again , ORA-12514 solve .
