How to initialize views when loading through storyboards- How is view initialized when loaded via a storyboard?

problem ：

When view is loaded manually, developer remains in control when it comes to initializations, we choose what initializer to call, what variables to set etc. When manually loading views , Developers are still in control at initialization , We choose the initialization program to call , Variables to be set .

When view is loaded from the storyboard segue ... what happens to that initializer? When from storyboard segue When loading the view ...... What happens to the initialization program ？Where should variables be set i'd like to be available once view had been loaded? Where should I set the variable? I hope it will be available after loading the view ？

Please help me understand the sequence here. Please help me understand the order here .How is instance of the class created here, who creates it and how can we intervene and help set it up to our liking? How to create an instance of a class here , Who created it , How can we intervene and help us set up according to our preferences ？
