How to enable relationship view in phpMyAdmin - how to enable relationship view in phpMyAdmin

problem ：

When working in XAMPP with phpmyadmin, after creating a table I have the option to click "relation view" after clicking on the structure tab. When using phpmyadmin stay XAMPP Working hours , Create table , I can choose to click... After clicking the structure tab “ Relationship view ”.See below: See below ：

However anytime when I create a table with my host phpmyadmin, I dont have the option to select "relation view" See below: however , When I use the host phpmyadmin Create table time , I have no choice “ Relationship view ” The option to , See below ：

Is there anyway of enabling this? Is this enabled ？Currently I have to set up relationships in xampp and export to my host phpmyadmin for it to work. At present, I must xampp Build relationships in and export to my host phpmyadmin To make it work .
