液压滑环的特点讲解

我们都知道密封件在液压滑环的工作运转中起着十分重要的作用。如果密封圈损坏,滑环的密封性就会大大的降低,不但会加剧主轴的磨损,还会出现滑环外泄漏的情况,从而缩短使用寿命,影响机器的正常工作。因此,找出液压滑环密封失效的原因较为重要。
当前,引起液压滑环密封失效的原因主要分为正常磨损和非正常磨损两种。正常失效是指液压滑环在密封使用寿命接近或者达到设计寿命的磨损,一般这种模式的时间较长。而在短时间内引起密封失效的属于非正常磨损。当液压滑环是正常磨损导致密封失效,用户就需要进行更换。而对于非正常磨损,我们就要分析其原因,制定应对措施。
根据专业人员的分析,默孚龙科技液压滑环由于非正常磨损造成密封失效的原因主要有以下几种:一是滑环密封沟槽表面粗糙度不符合标准。由于加工不合格,使其表面的粗糙度较高,导致密封夹套与液压滑环旋转接触面磨损异常,引起设备内部液压油外泄。二是滑环轴承磨损不均匀造成本体偏心。液压滑环主轴承磨损不均匀,导致偏心,引起滑环旋转部分和静止部分的咬合间隙不均,使密封件无法紧体滑环表面,引起液压油外泄。三是液压滑环内进入异物,导致运转过程中固体颗粒反复刮磨滑环动静环或者嵌入到密封件内,造成液压滑环密封刮伤或加速其剧烈磨损而失效。四是腐蚀磨损。虽然液压滑环环腔体内的原油介质本不应含有腐蚀性物质,由于采油方式的变化或其他原因致使油品发生变化,导致油品中含有腐蚀性的物质。在酸性物质的作用下,液压滑环的密封组件受到腐蚀,从而失效,导致液压油介质泄漏。
