pg_am系统表存储有关索引访问方法的信息。系统支持的每种索引访问方法都有一行。
名称 | 类型 | 引用 | 描述 |
oid | oid | 行标识符（隐藏属性，必须被显式选择才会显示） | |
amname | name | 访问方法的名字 | |
amhandler | regproc | pg_proc.oid | 负责提供有关该访问方法信息的处理器函数的 OID |
amtype | char | 当前总是i，表示是一个索引访问方法。未来可能会允许其他值 |
