Foreword
After using QT to write the serial port and CAN display program, initially display the uploaded data of the single-chip microcomputer on the computer interface and draw.The actual device needs to use the screen to display real-time data, so it must be designed using the existing screen.
Reason for selecting the Divin screen:
(1) The price is cheap. In the same screen, Diwen screen is relatively cheap.Siemens configuration screen is very expensive, the first one costs several thousand.The screen of Kunlun Tongtai is also cheap, but it is still relatively expensive compared to Diwen screen.
(2) The temperature scale is large. In the same screen, the minimum temperature of the Diwen screen can reach -20°, which is more suitable for outdoor on-site occasions.
Also brings problems:
(1) Diwen screen software, which costs more than 200 yuan, feels that the screen design software is very poor when I first contacted it, mainly because the screen design is only a picture design, there is no so-called ui interface, and it is very unintelligent.
(2) MiniSD card must be used for hardware programming, not online programming.This is not the key, the key is that the card has a card slot, the card slot is on the PCB inside the screen, you must use tweezers when inserting the card, which is very troublesome.
(3) The border is too large, the screen is originally small, and the borders on both sides add up to almost half of the screen.
Summary:So many flaws are worth the price.On the other hand, this price can only be configured for this hardware and software.
Writing time: about a week.
Realized functions: serial port transmission of data, display of variables, drawing of curve graphs, and drawing of vector diagrams.
Part 1: Preparations
(1) After purchasing the screen, the manufacturer provides information.The following four folders are the software base.

Include: product manual: this is useless, just look at the parameters of the screen you bought; development software: DGUSii software, you can use it directly by opening the exe, how to use it in the next article; development guide (belowFigure): Two pdfs, one introduces the underlying design code, which is useless, and the other introduces how to make an interface and send commands. This is necessary for writing screens and is very useful; routine DEMO (below): There areA routine, useless.It is very important to have a file in the folder of files to be downloaded, which will be further elaborated in the later writing process.


(2) Hardware preparation: one Divin serial screen, one USB-to-RS232 cable, one SD card writer (must be an SD card writer, the same as the one used in previous digital cameras), one tweezers (veryimportant).
(3) Other software preparations: visio drawing software: this is very important, because Diwen Screen is a picture design, so the production of pictures is very important.The screenshot software FastStoneCapture, because the screen resolution and size are fixed, so the picture must also be a fixed size, because the scene needs an 800×480 screen, so this size must be used when taking pictures, which is very uncomfortable, Dwin software does not have the function of automatically changing the size of the picture, so it can only prepare a picture of a fixed size at the beginning of the design.
Supplement: The two softwares visio and fscapture are very easy to use, and it is recommended to download them.
Part II: Image Preparation
First explain: whether the picture is beautiful or not is directly related to the screen design, which is related to the index.Siemens screens have buttons and the like, and Diwen screens have nothing but pictures.Sad reminder...but thinking about the price, it's worth it.

Four pictures, two in a group.The picture is very well made in visio, it is a frame and effect, and it is completed with a little bit.In the comparison of a group of pictures, the first picture is displayed first, and then the second picture is displayed. There is an effect that the button is pressed. This feeling is very important. It is analogous to the button in QT, and the effect comes out in this way.
Part III: Summary
Overall, Diwen Screen is pretty good, but after getting used to it, it will not be very easy to use.The frames of other screens are given to you, and you can only use them according to their rules. The production software of Divin screen is different. As long as the pictures are done well, as long as the commands are learned well, everything can be made. It feels similar.Due to the difference between windows and linux, linux can do anything, while win can only be in the frame.
Whether it is recommended to use it: Very recommended, with a large screen of more than 200 yuan, you can also design it yourself, it is recommended to start.
