期刊投递时的 Late News Submission 是什么

今天是7月28号，在主页上显示的正常投递时间已经结束了

 但后来发现了这个，时间点还没过

搜了一下“Late News”是什么意思，大概就是说，“这个时间点前，还可以继续投”。

Late-News submission is providing a chance to submit the papers if the author missed the initial submission deadline. Actually it is also a regular paper. Only the Late-News papers may not be included in the proceeding at the conference, as the Publication Chair may not have enough time to process it before the conference. But the final papers will still be published in IEEE Xplore if 6-8 pages full paper is submitted, and it is presented at the conference.

如果作者错过了最初的提交截止日期，Late-News投稿将提供提交论文的机会。实际上它也是一份普通的paper。只有Late-News的文件可能不包括在会议的程序中，因为出版主席可能没有足够的时间在会议前处理它。但如果提交6-8页的完整论文，最终的论文仍将发表在IEEE Xplore上，并在会议上展示。
