This week, due to the acceptance of the paper by CCF District B journals, all LaTeX files related to the final manuscript of the paper need to be submitted in ScholarOne Manuscripts, but the conversion of the tex file to PDF is always unsuccessful.Spent a day and finally solved this problem.

Solution

1. After submitting the relevant LaTeX file, a log file will be output, which details the process of compiling the entire LaTeX file.Through the analysis of the log log, it is found that the compilation process is inconsistent with the PDFTexify engine, and then by reading the instruction manual, it is found that the journal website uses the PDFTex engine.
   
2. After changing the engine used for compilation, there is still an error, which is due to the memory overflow problem caused by the oversized EPS file, that is, the problem that the EPS picture cannot be displayed completely. The specific prompt is buffer size exceeded.
3. After collecting a lot of methods on the Internet, I found a relatively simple operation method, but it is more time-consuming.
4. First, open GSView.
5. Then, click【FILE】,【OPEN】the EPS file to be processed.
6. Next, click [FILE], [CONVERT] the EPS file that has been opened, and select the following, and finally click [ok] to complete the conversion and save it as a PS file.
7. Use [PS TO EPS] to convert the PS file you just transcoded into an EPS file, and you're done.
