现有姓名转拼音，a0101为姓名，a0103为执行存储过程生成的拼音
需求是如果a0103重复则在第二条数据后加 ‘1’
第三条加 '2'
例：
插入姓名刘民 生成 liumin
再插入刘敏 生成 liumin1
再插入刘岷 生成 liumin2
