Solution

Check the path , You can't use spaces , Just remove it

MAVEN_HOME=/Users/xx/Downloads/apache-maven-3.2.5

MAVEN_HOME= /Users/xx/Downloads/apache-maven-3.2.5

The first one is right
The second is incorrect , because = It's followed by a space
