Rhel7 switch character encoding to GBK

After repeated debugging and exploration , Just do the following .

Set to zh_CN.GBK

/etc/profile file

export LC_ALL="zh_CN.GBK"
export LANG="zh_CN.GBK"

/etc/locale.conf

LANG="zh_CN.GBK"
