如果有配对过的耳机，先回连耳机。如果没有则发起配对消息、发起回连手机消息。 备注：这种配对方式，如果产线开启多个设备时，也会相互配对。但优点是，开机时样机先优先回连连接过 的设备（耳机），再发起配对。
