适用于调试tcp协议接口的时候，可以模拟服务端抓取客户端发送过来的请求，也可以模拟客户端发送消息给服务端，支持16进制格式交互。
一般常用都是16进制数据交互的。
所以这里也推荐几个常用的在线转换工具，16进制转10进制啊，字符串转16进制啊，crc加密校验啊。
工具如下图：
假如我建立一个本地的客户端和服务端，然后客户端去连接服务端；
然后双方就可以发送消息交互了。
这里，就可以模拟服务端和客户端了，只需要修改代码中建立链接的ip和端口，
服务端还可以打印收到的消息的内容，
下载tcp调试工具：解压后即可使用，不需要安装
