Altaro requirements for starting from backup on Hyper-V

Start support from the backup drive Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V Host operating system and later . You can start to the same or updated Windows Server operating system .

stay Microsoft iSCSI Initiator The service must be started by the host you are trying to run .

Make sure that the firewall of the host has opened the following range ;35200 - 35220.

Altaro You also need to open the port to manage the machine (35200 - 35220).

Be careful ： Do not back up pass through disks , Because they are automatically excluded from the backup set , Because they are not included in production checkpoints . therefore , Starting from backup will not attach your pass through disk .
