wsl --list --online

wsl -l -o

 

  install

wsl --install --distribution <Distribution Name>

wsl --install --d <Distribution Name>

By way of  <Distribution Name>  Replace with the release name , Specify a distribution other than the default (Ubuntu) In addition to the Linux Install the distribution . This command can also be entered as ：wsl -d <Distribution Name>. 

example 

 wsl --install -d Ubuntu-20.04
