How to open terminal in VsCode

Method 1: The normal method of opening a terminal

1. After opening VScode, left-click [View] at the top of the window (marked with a red circle in the figure below),

Find [Terminal] in the drop-down list (marked in red in the figure below)

Click [Terminal] with the left mouse button to open the terminal sub-window, as shown below

Method 2: The magic way to open a terminal

1. In the lower left corner of the VScode window, you will usually see X or !,

   Click any one of the left mouse buttons to open the [Question] sub-window,

   Follow the direction indicated by the arrow in the figure to find the [Terminal] sub-window

   

2. Click [Terminal] to open the terminal sub-window, as shown below

Method 3: Shortcut to Open Terminal

1. After opening VScode, click the [Help] at the top of the window with the left mouse button (marked with a red circle in the figure below),

   Find the [Keyboard Shortcut Reference] in the drop-down list (as shown in the figure below)red frame)

3. Click [Keyboard Shortcuts Reference] with the left mouse button,

   will open keyboard-shortcuts-windows.pdf in the browser,

   You can find the openThe shortcut of the terminal is ctrl+`, as shown in the red box below

   

4. Press the shortcut key ctrl+` to open the terminal sub-window, as shown below
