连接数据库却无法修改数据

环境：VS2017 + SQL Server 2008
x白在尝试做一个留言板系统
我的数据库有一些问题，但我不知道该怎么办
用管理员登录时，我可以更改普通用户账户密码，
但普通用户登录不能成功发布留言，普通用户登录时，也不能成功修改个人信息。
运行过程中一直没有报错。
求友友们指导一下
