中国溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)行业研究与预测报告(2022版)

内容简介:
丁苯橡胶根据聚合方法不同,分为溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)和乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)两种。SSBR的回弹性、生热、耐磨性及滞后损失性能均优于ESBR,在轮胎工业中具有高抗湿滑性、低滚动阻力、高耐磨性等优点,综合平衡性能好,尤其在绿色轮胎、防滑轮胎、超轻量轮胎等高性能轮胎中具有广泛的应用。
国外功能性SSBR研发速度快,部分工艺已经发展到第五、第六代,而国内仍处在第二、第三代的进程中,国产SSBR应用范围较窄、用量较小,生产装置利用率低,一些高性能产品几乎全部依赖进口。
国内规模化生产SSBR的装置共有6套,产能29.0万/吨。其中高桥石化、独山子石化分公司和辽宁北方戴纳索合成橡胶是引进国外专利技术,巴陵石化、燕山石化和镇江奇美化工有限公司采用自有技术建设和生产;独山子石化装置具有连续法和间歇法工艺的生产能力。但是部分装置存在开工率低、处于停产或转产热塑性弹性体苯乙烯与丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)和低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(LCBR)的现象。
我国SSBR主要应用于轮胎、塑料改性、制鞋和胶粘剂等领域。我国SSBR的75%用于轮胎行业,主要用于轮胎胎面;塑料行业应用占比为12%,在高抗冲击聚苯乙烯(HIPS)和丙烯腈一丁二烯一苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)改性方面应用广泛;制鞋行业应用占比为10%左右,用于生产高档运动鞋;其他如在雨衣、风衣、毡布和气垫床等民用方面应用占比约为3%。
根据国家《产业结构调整指导目录(2019年本)》,5万吨/年及以上溶聚丁苯橡胶为鼓励类项目。随着我国高速公路网的蓬勃发展和家用轿车的普及,对高性能高速轮胎需求的增长,未来SSBR的市场前景将越来越好。
