Vscode 尝试在目标目录创建文件时发生一个错误：拒绝访问【已解决】

最近，notepad ++ 用着不舒服了，寻思着换个VScode，然后今天出现了下列问题，起因是安装python相关插件
具体显示如下：
先找到vscode安装路径
放回上一级目录
右键属性、安全、编辑，添加Everyone用户
设置为完全控制
然后点击确定就好
