CONDA creates virtual environment offline

The school server can only be connected to the intranet recently , Can't connect to the Internet , Installation packages and so on should be downloaded whl File or source code compilation and installation , There are already three good environments , I'm afraid it will be troublesome to mix these three together .

Offline configuration method ：

conda create -n Virtual environment name --offline python=3.8

The above statement is important --offline Means offline , The second is python=3.8 Means yes py3.8 . If you don't write it, it defaults to the system py edition .

clone Your virtual environment may report errors , Using the above offline to create a virtual environment does not report an error
