语法：
grant 权限名称 to 用户名
可以同时赋多个权限给用户
但是，如果权限太多，写起来也会很麻烦
我们暂且把权限先收回去
使用角色的概念
也就是说对权限进行打包
中间过程中我发现还要赋予一个dba的权限
