ADG5412F 故障保护和检测四通道 SPST 开关,包括四个独立控制的 单刀单掷(SPST)开关,实现高达 −55V 和 +55V 的过压保护。ADG5412F 具有四个开关,通过 逻辑 1 输入打开。当接通时,各通道在两个方向的 导电性能相同,输入信号范围 可扩展至电源电压范围。在整个工作电压范围内, 数字输入与 3V 逻辑输入兼容。没有电源时, 通道保持关断状态,开关输入 处于高阻态。在正常工作条件下,如果任何一个 Sx 引脚上的模拟输入信号电平 VDD 或 VSS 和 ,并且超出幅度达到阈值电压 VT, 则开关断开。在通电和无电状态下,对地高达 +55V 或 −55V 输入信号电平会被屏蔽。 ADG5412F 开关具有 10Ω 的低导通电阻,结合大部分信号范围内的导通电阻平坦度,使这些器件适合数据采集和增益开关应用,在这些应用中出色的线性度和低失真性能至关重要。
