Problem solving win10 quickly open ipynb file

Problem description

On the server , Edited a .ipynb file , Download it and want to open it on your local computer .

It happens to be installed locally Anaconda with jupyter notebook, stay cmd Input in jupyter notebook

The browser will automatically jump to Jupyter Catalog

But my .ipynb The file is not in this directory , It's troublesome to open
