What is call / cc- What is call/cc?

problem ：

I've tried several times to grasp the concept of continuations and call/cc . I have tried several times to master continuations and call/cc The concept of .Every single attempt was a failure. Every attempt is a failure .Can somebody please explain me these concepts, ideally with more realistic examples than these on Wikipedia or in other SO posts. Someone can explain these concepts to me , Better than Wikipedia or other SO More realistic examples in the post .

I have background in web programming and OOP. I have the background of network programming and object-oriented programming .I also understand 6502 assembly and had a minor randez-vous with Erlang. I also know 6502 assembly , And with Erlang A small party was held .However still, I can't wrap my head around call/cc. however , I still can't understand call/cc.
