1. Details of the problem

use Microsoft edge Browsers such as browser and Firefox cannot access Baidu , And search with Baidu , Cannot pass “www.baidu.com” Visit Baidu .

2. Problem solving

• step1： First confirm whether other sites can be accessed normally .
• step2： After confirming that there is no fault in the network , Please use IP Address http://202.108.22.5/ Visit Baidu , If you can access it, please find it on your computer hosts file （ To find the way ：C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc）, Open with text editor , Check to see if there is www.baidu.com Record items for , Please delete this record if any , And restart the browser .
• step3： If you cannot access it yet, please continue with the following steps , Please open the DNS Set to “ Automatic access to DNS Server address ”（ See the end of the text for the specific opening method ）. Refresh the browser , See if you can open Baidu .
• step4： If in the second step DNS The setting was originally obtained automatically, but Baidu still cannot be opened , Then take your DNS Set to the following two DNS：202.106.0.20 and 202.106.196.115;（ This is Netcom DNS, Will not affect access to other websites , Safe to use ）
• DNS Set the specific location ：
