win10电脑系统里的视频不显示缩略图

解决win10不显示视频缩略图问题，但是图片的缩略图能正常显示。小生被这个问题也困扰了好几天，网上的其他在文件夹中修改显示缩略图的方法都不可行。终于看到网上一位网友给出了解决方法，再此表示感谢，并整理归纳，希望朋友们不要再走弯路了。
