记录个问题 Core3.1 项目部署到Windows10 Docker的时候报这个错，原因就就是创建项目的时候选择支持docker的时候我们选择了windows
解决办法 右击项目------->添加Docker支持 ------>选择Linux 或者单机项目 <D.........
